On
Saturday I was talking to a young lady that
had never been married and had 4 children.
She had had her first child when she was just
14. As I talked to her and shared the gospel
she told me that God could never forgive her
and that she just couldn't believe that Jesus
died for her sins. Nothing I said would change
her mind. Finally, I told her that she should
think about it and, if she changed her mind,
to come back and I would show her how to invite
Jesus to be her Savior. Monday night, as we
were packing up around 10 PM, we were talking
about a man that had just walked away from
the booth without accepting Christ. One of
the workers in the booth was saying that we
never know when God's word will bare fruit.
Just as she said that I looked to the table
in the front of the booth and the girl from
Saturday was standing there. I went up and
asked her how she was doing. She just said, "I'm
ready." I held her hands and we bowed
our heads as she asked for Jesus to save her.
